What is Lifestyles Fitness Boot Camp anyway? 

Lifestyles Fitness Boot Camp is a 2 day a week fitness program that includes top notch group personal training, nutritional coaching and motivation all designed to get you in the best shape of your life regardless of your current fitness level. 


How is this program different than other boot camps in the area? 

Don't be fooled by fancy ads or false promises of other boot camp programs. Lifestyles Fitness Boot Camp is not a franchised or licensed program using someone elses hyped up marketing and inexperienced fitness instructors trying to copy what they learned from a manual & week long "crash" course. What if I'm not very physically fit?

No camper will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. We teach many modifications with each exercise that we do. Women and men of all ages, abilities and fitness levels regularly attend Lifestyles Fitness Boot Camp and achieve incredible results. In fact, we have had many members over the age of 60 successfully participate in boot camp. 


Where is the location of the boot camp?

Beginning in January 2017, our all new revamped boot camp program will be held inside Myofit Performance Center.


How often and for how long will we meet?

Each camp location meets 2 times each week for 45 minutes. All participants will be expected to arrive on time and enjoy the program. When joining as a boot camp member, you will have the option of attending all of our boot camp locations.


What if I’m too busy and don’t have time to come?

Professionally speaking…after working with many clients over the years we have found that “I don’t have time” really means “I’d like to procrastinate a little longer.” The truth of the matter is that you can make time if you really want to change the way you look and feel. Ask yourself this: Am I finally ready? 


Ok, you make a good point… what do I need to bring?

Nothing. We’ll provide all the equipment, motivation, and accountability you’ll need. Just bring a water bottle, small towel and a sense of adventure! Oh, and make sure NOT to come on an empty stomach. We don’t want you to get light headed during our fun and energizing workouts! 


What can I expect to achieve?

You can expect to drop inches and pounds while becoming more fit and toned. On average our members drop 3-6 pounds, 1-2 dress sizes, and 2-5% body fat every 30 days.  The program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and “bloat” and increase confidence.

The downloadable Boot Camp participant’s kit includes the following: 

1. An introduction to Boot Camp, a medical history and Physical Activity               Readiness Questionnaire.  

2. Within your first week, your Boot Camp trainer will perform your fitness assessment where we will take a few simple measurements to see your starting point. The evaluation also includes a quick, easy, and noninvasive body fat test and weigh in. It's strictly for a post-camp comparison. These numbers and all other information will be held in the strictest confidence. 

4. We’ll also make sure you know how to get to camp so you don’t have any        excuses to miss the fun! 


Will I be sore sometimes?

Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is little to moderate. It's part of the process that lets you know you are improving! After the first two weeks your body will adjust and you’ll find that you’re no longer sore.

What is a typical day like at camp?

In one word – FUN! However, since each workout program is intentionally different to alleviate boredom and to give you maximum results in minimum time its difficult to describe a “typical day.” You can expect some light running or fast walking, resistance training, obstacle courses, core, body weight, and team training.  We also play workout games and you will love "wild card day"! It's always an adventure! 


How soon will I see results?

Performance improvement can take place in as little as a couple of days. "Visual Improvement" can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. It's common to see a camper go down 1-2 dresses sizes within the first 30 days. 


When does the camp end?

Lifestyles Fitness Boot Camp is an ongoing program that now runs year-round. After all it’s a lifestyle change. When you become a boot camp member, you may join on a month-to-month basis or 3 months in advance.


Do I have to wait for a new month to join?

Absolutley not. You may begin any day of the month.
