Life Fuel Weight Management
An 8-week Weight Management program. Class meets once a week at Lifestyles. The next session starts February 3rd and meets every Monday at 7pm at Lifestyles.
This program consists of weekly weigh-ins, goal setting, educational nutritional lessons & demonstrations. We also review exercises and give tips on the most effective workouts you can do at home with little to no equipment.
Participants will learn all aspects nutrition & fitness in this goal based program. Each class lasts approximately 45 minutes.
