The Biggest Loser Challenge is a 12 week weight loss program based on the reality TV program. Teams & individuals will meet twice a week and compete for the Biggest Loser title.

Q: What is the Biggest Loser Challenge?
A: This challenge is a friendly competition between participants from all over where the biggest loser winners are determined by the percentage of bodyweight lost.
Q: How many days do we meet each week?
A: Each participant will meet with their team and trainer 2 days each week. One day will be the weigh-ins and team workout. The other day will be a team vs. team challenge along with a group workout.
Q: Where do we meet at?
A: The spring session meets at local parks in Lancaster, East York, Shiloh, Hanover, Camp Hill & Harrisburg.
Q: What are the days & times that we will meet each week?
A: All locations meet at 7:30pm on either a Mon & Wed or a Tues & Thurs.
Q: What if I can only make it to one of the days?
A: We ask that everyone try their best to make it to all classes but understand that schedules can be hectic. If you absolutley have to miss just be sure to make up the workout on your own..
Q: How is this big loser program different from other big loser competitions in the area?
A: Like most other similar programs, we do weekly weigh-ins, group workouts, and provide weight loss information. But, we go one step further. Every participant receives a complete before and after fitness assessment, a personalized nutrition program designed by a Registered Dietician, weekly educational handouts, and unlimited email support from your trainer to keep you on track when not at the workouts.

gladly refund your entire investment!
Q: What is the total investment for this program?
A: The investment for this program would normally be over $1200 when working 1-on-1 with one of our trainers for 12 weeks. Due to the group nature of this program along with our strong desire to help change lives of many people, the investment for the entire program is only $99 per month.
Remember - Only a limited number of particpants will be accepted for each team.

One of my daily duties at work is filing and pulling charts. The charts
are very low to the floor and when I had to bend down and then get
back up.....it wasn't pretty. My knees felt like they were going to give
out. They hurt and felt so weak.
Now I have no trouble at all getting back up. I kinda spring up. It's
great! At the half way point of the 12-week biggest loser
