Our Biggest Loser program has helped change the lives of hundreds of people! 

The Biggest Loser Challenge is a 12 week weight loss program based on the reality TV program. Teams & individuals will meet twice a week and compete for the Biggest Loser title.

Q: What is the Biggest Loser Challenge?

A: This challenge is a friendly competition between participants where the biggest loser winners are determined by the percentage of bodyweight lost.

Q: How many days do we meet each week?

A: Class meets 2 days each week. One day will be the weigh-ins and team workout. The other day will be a team workout. 

Q: Where do we meet at?

A: Class meets at our all new Myofit Performance Center (formerly Lifestyles Fitness Studio)

Q: What are the days & times that we will meet each week?

A: Mondays & Wednesdays at 7pm.

Q: What if I can only make it to one of the days?

A: We ask that everyone try their best to make it to all classes but understand that             schedules can be hectic. If you absolutley have to miss just be sure to make up the       workout on your own..

Q: What is the total investment for this program?

A: The investment for this program would normally be over $1200 when working 1-on-1 with one of our trainers for 12 weeks. Due to the group nature of this program along with our strong desire to help change lives of many people, the investment for the entire program is only $297 and may be broken up into 3 monthly payments of only $99.

Remember - Only a limited number of participants will be accepted for each team.


(A $100 Value) All participants will also receive a $100 discount on a customized 7 day meal plan along with a grocery shopping list to make it easy and convenient. Your meal plan will be based on your goals, food likes & dislikes, and your current body profile.

I have more energy than I have felt in years. I am more flexible and 
can finally bend without grunting and I don't hurt after a walk with my puppies. My arms and legs are stronger. Most importantly, my heart 
seems to be working with less effort. I feel good! 

I've seen improvement in my clothes. Instead of skin tight pants I

One of my daily duties at work is filing and pulling charts. The charts 
are very low to the floor and when I had to bend down and then get 
back wasn't pretty. My knees felt like they were going to give 
out. They hurt and felt so weak. 

Now I have no trouble at all getting back up. I kinda spring up. It's 
great! At the half way point of the 12-week biggest loser 
challenge I lost 2% bodyfat, lost 9 inches from my waist and
